Week 2: Validation of the idea of the project

Assalamualaikum and Good Day,

Today, we would like to share the idea of our project which is the name of the project, the introduction of the project, the objectives of the project, Software, Features, cost of the product, product dimensions, Operating environment, power source, suggestion application, target market, and flow of the program.

Project Name: SMART SHOES DRYER

Introduction:

    You have a tough time drying your shoes? Figure 1 below shows that many of us were struggling cleaning and drying the shoes using washing machine. If this habit is frequently practiced, it will make our shoes damage.

    In this project, we will introduce to you a product that could dry your shoes without making the shoes damage. The idea of this project has been succeeded by Ahmad Syahmi who has a tough time drying his futsal shoes. 

Project Objective:

i. Design a shoe closet dryer and disinfectant system using Arduino.

ii. Test the functionality of the shoe closet dryer and disinfectant system using Arduino.

iii. Reduce workload and save work time for shoe users.

 

Software:

The Software that we would like to use in this project are:

i. Arduino IDE

ii. AutoCAD

iii. PCB layout

iv. Proteus 8

Features:

i. Drying shoes

Cost:

i. Rm500

 

Product dimensions:

Most of the time, the shoe dryer will always be in square or silicon shape. In this project, we would like to come out with different shapes and dimensions to make it look modern and unique. Figure 2 below shows the idea of the product dimensions that we would like to make.

Operating environment:

This project can be applied and used at every place as long as it has electricity supply.

Suggestion Application:

Target Market:

Our target market is students, workers etc.
